Acceptance of Orders

Easy Custom Glass reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. A valid contract is formed when an order is confirmed by Easy Custom Glass and payment has been received. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Orders & Payments

• All orders are custom-made and final once placed.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.
• Orders are non-refundable once fabrication begins.

Custom Glass Orders

Due to the unique nature of custom-cut glass, all sales are final. We highly recommend verifying your measurements before placing an order. Any adjustments or modifications after production has started may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days.
• Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Damage & Claims

We take extra care in packaging our glass products, but damage can still occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

• Inspect the package upon delivery and note any visible damage.
• Take clear photos of the damaged glass and packaging.
• Contact us within 24 hours to file a claim.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void your claim.

No Returns & Cancellations

Since all glass orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer allowed.

Warranty & Glass Breakage

Easy Custom Glass guarantees that our products are free from material defects and manufacturing errors for **5 days from delivery**. This warranty does not cover:

• Glass breakage after delivery.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.
• Glass that is exposed to extreme temperatures beyond recommended limits.

Do I Need Edgework?

Seamed edge is a standard finish where sharp edges are sanded for safety. If your glass edges will be exposed or visible, we recommend choosing polished edge for a smooth and finished look.

If you are unsure which edgework you need, please consult with our team before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

Easy Custom Glass is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our sole responsibility is to replace or refund defective products as per our warranty policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If an order requires modifications after confirmation, additional charges may apply.
